Hi everyone! thank you for signing up for my monthly newsletter. Here, I will keep you updated on the Closet Adventures book series.

Closet Adventures began as a semester project for a college class back in 1991. I decided I would write a children’s story called Closet Jungle. When I completed the story and turned it in, the professor liked it and asked if he could read the story to the class.

That original story contained the concept of an ecosystem visiting a child’s closet in the night. I started from that concept and decided it should be a series.

Closet Jungle will be available September 8, 2026.

I can’t wait for you to meet Raj and Julian as you follow them through the jungle which appears in Raj’s closet one night.

In next month's newsletter, I will be asking for volunteers to join my launch team. Details to come!

While all of you reading this newsletter are adults at this point, I believe as children read the Closet Adventures books they will subscribe to my newsletter. For this reason, I want to include something fun in my monthly updates.

Jet is my wire-haired terrier mix. I thought it would be fun to have Jet’s Corner where I offer something to share with subscribers for themselves or their children or grandchildren.
